So I have obviously not been posting pictures of all my food here. No excuses, I just decided not too because I felt it was too time consuming, but now, I have gained more weight so I am deciding to try it again. There was a small study done by Kaiser Permanente Center that showed that requesting that clients document their food intake with a photo journal correlated with weight loss when no other suggestions about diet or exercise or anything else were made. The study was by an insurance company, and it was small, but it makes sense so I am going to give it a try again. Today I weight 260.2 pounds.
Here's breakfast at 8 a.m today. Oatmeal with banana, ginger and vanilla, and coffee with cream and artificial sweetener.
