Lots of things to do this morning so I am only managing breakfast at 9:30 a.m.
Coffee with cream, vanilla and non-nutritive sweetener; and berries with yogurt.
We buy Greek yogurt, the unsweetened, nonfat, plain kind and eat it with fruit. It is low carb and high protein. I don't like sour things so it has taken me awhile to get use to it, but I have been eating it regularly for at least a year now, and I think it a good addition to my diet.
My weight today is 254.4.
