Update

I followed my eating plan for 3 weeks. I did find it a successful way to lose weight. The last few days I tracked though, and realized that I was typically eating under 1200 calories a day which of course would explain a weight loss.

I am now back to simply tracking. I may follow a similar eating plan again in the future though. It was useful in that I didn't have to think much about what I was eating.

Hey I know a little about this stuff, heres some tips I know off the top of my head...

1:Eat organic, although it may cost more to buy things its MUCH healthier eating organic. Need to know why? Well if you look hard enough then almost all research shows that non-organic products use pesticides and preserves (poisons) and if the bugs wont eat it, then should we?

2: After going organic for a little, getting used to it try going vegetarian, now I know it sounds hard but I have done this and there are TONS of really good recipes that are just as good as using meats. Lots of vegetarian foods use cheese, if you can cut back on that a little (you'll thank yourself later)

3. If you really want to take it seriously start going vegan. Now this doesn't mean you cant use yogurt or mayonnaise occasionally but try not to. Im on this step here and I feel and look great!

4. Exercise once and a while and try and stay away from fast food resturants, but occasionally its okay to go there. When I was going vegetarian I went about once a month to a pizza place and other resturants

5. VARIETY IS KEY DONT GET STUCK IN A RUT OF RECIPES TRY NEW THINGS!!!!!!!
