Breakfast: Blueberries & Coffee
Morning Snack: Apple & Coffee
Lunch: Salad, Soup, & Water
Afternoon Snack: Leftover Spaghetti Sauce Soup & Coffee
Dinner: Leftover Pizza, Turkey Stuffed With Spinach, Beets, & Spicy Tea

Evening Snack: Diet Hot Cocoa, Prunes, & Walnuts
